What criteria do we use in choosing our anti-rust oils?
Just because an anti-rust oil is long-lasting, doesn't necessarily make it the most appropriate one to use for rust-prevention on every kind of part. First, we must have an understanding of the entire production process. What parts, for example, is the anti-rust oil need for? What is the speciality of their material? How long must be they rust-free? Where and in what manner are they to be maintained? How are they handled, pre- and post-production? It is only after consideration of these various conditions that we can recommend the anti-rusting product most appropriate for our clients’ needs.

What are the functions of pickling inhibitor?

Why are anti-rust oils (or pressing oils) necessary during the manufacturing process?
1.To keep the parts from scraping and being damaged.

Reasons for rust formation on metals?

Rust Naturally (Condensation and Dust, etc.)

 →Condensation: Temperature difference condenses dews on the surface and dews will damage anti-rust film which results rust formation.
→Dust: Dust attaches to the surface and it costs damages to the anti-rust film which results rust formation.
Corrosive Gas
 →Emission by pickling tank, burner and vehicles are integrated into the rust preventative oil which makes the oil acidic and generates surface rust.
→Close to the ocean, sea breeze contains salt which forms rust easily
